These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CONNECT storefront, accounts, content, products, and related services. By using the storefront or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the storefront.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to enter a binding agreement under applicable law to make a purchase. If you use CONNECT on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

Provide accurate, current information and keep account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account to the extent permitted by law. Notify support@vaultstage.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require verification, limit access, or suspend an account to protect customers or the storefront.

Products and availability

We aim to present product descriptions, color, condition, imagery, sizing, availability, and other details accurately. Screens and lighting may affect color, and measurements may vary within reasonable manufacturing tolerances. Product information may originate from brands or suppliers.

All products and offers are subject to availability. Adding an item to a bag does not reserve it. We may limit quantities, correct errors, withdraw products, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, legal restrictions, or misuse.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; it does not guarantee acceptance. CONNECT accepts an order when it is confirmed for fulfillment, subject to successful payment authorization and other checks.

If we cancel all or part of an order, we will void or reverse the related charge as appropriate. We may contact you for additional information before acceptance. You are responsible for reviewing the item, size, quantity, shipping address, and total before submitting the order.

Pricing, payments, and promotions

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice before an order is submitted. Taxes, shipping, duties, and other charges are shown when available and are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be made using an available method at checkout. Payment providers process credentials under their own terms and privacy practices. You represent that you are authorized to use the selected method.

Promotions are subject to their stated terms, dates, eligibility, exclusions, and availability. Unless expressly allowed, promotions are not redeemable for cash, cannot be combined, and cannot be applied after an order is placed. If a price or offer is clearly erroneous, we may cancel the affected item and notify you.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy. Processing and delivery dates are estimates unless the checkout expressly states otherwise. Risk of loss and title pass as provided by applicable law and the carrier terms. You are responsible for complete and accurate delivery information and for lawful import, duty, or customs obligations that apply to the recipient.

Returns, exchanges, and store credit

Purchases are governed by the Returns & Exchanges policy. CONNECT does not provide cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method. Eligible merchandise may be exchanged or returned for CONNECT store credit only. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable rights under applicable law.

Intellectual property

The storefront and its text, design, graphics, logos, photographs, video, software, selection, arrangement, and other content are owned by or licensed to CONNECT and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Brand names and marks belong to their respective owners.

CONNECT grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the storefront for lawful shopping and personal use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, scrape, frame, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit the storefront or content except as law expressly permits or CONNECT authorizes in writing.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with storefront security or operation; use automated means to extract data or place orders without permission; bypass purchase limits or access controls; submit false, fraudulent, or unlawful information; infringe another person's rights; introduce malicious code; impersonate another person; or use the storefront for resale activity that CONNECT has not approved.

We may investigate suspected violations and preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to protect rights, enforce these Terms, or comply with law.

Third-party services and links

The storefront may use or link to third-party services. Their terms and privacy policies govern their services. A link does not imply endorsement, and CONNECT is not responsible for third-party content or conduct except as required by law.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the storefront and content are provided "as is" and "as available." CONNECT disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, except warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation.

Product-specific warranties, if any, are provided only as stated with the product or by the applicable manufacturer. These disclaimers do not limit statutory consumer protections that cannot be waived.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CONNECT and its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from the storefront or these Terms.

Where liability cannot be excluded, CONNECT's aggregate liability for a claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot be limited for fraud, willful misconduct, or certain personal injuries.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold CONNECT harmless from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the storefront, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights. This section does not apply to the extent a claim results from CONNECT's own conduct or applicable law prohibits it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or a material violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, and dispute provisions.

Governing terms and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the state where CONNECT has its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. A dispute must be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise. Before filing a claim, we encourage you to contact support@vaultstage.com so the issue can be reviewed.

Changes and general terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new Last updated date. Changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the incorporated policies are the entire agreement about the storefront and purchases, except for terms expressly provided at checkout or with a product.
