Shipping Policy

Last updated: September 29, 2026

Customer support is available by email only at support@connectstreetwear.com.

Connect Streetwear normally delivers orders within 2-5 business days from the order date. This is the full end-to-end estimate and includes order handling plus carrier transit. Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time begin processing on the next business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and days when carriers or Connect Streetwear operations are closed. High-volume releases, severe weather, carrier disruptions, address verification, fraud review, or other exceptional events may extend delivery. We will contact you if we need information to continue an order.

Standard shipping

Standard shipping costs $15 for United States orders under $100 and is free for orders of $100 or more where the standard method is available. Available shipping methods and final charges are shown at checkout. The free-shipping offer cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to a previous order.

Delivery estimates

The 2-5 business-day window is Connect Streetwear's total estimated delivery time from order placement through delivery. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Connect Streetwear is not responsible for carrier delays, weather, service interruptions, or other events outside our reasonable control, but we will help with available carrier information.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we send it to the email address used for the order after the package leaves our facility. Tracking may take time to update after the label is created. Check the shipping address and email carefully before submitting an order.

Address changes and failed delivery

Contact support@connectstreetwear.com immediately if the shipping address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee a change after an order is submitted. Customers are responsible for accurate and complete delivery information.

If a package is returned because the address was incomplete or incorrect, delivery was refused, or required delivery attempts failed, the order will be handled under our Returns & Exchanges policy. Additional shipping charges may apply before an exchange shipment is sent.

Lost, damaged, or missing packages

If tracking shows unusual delay, damage, or delivery but you cannot locate the package, check the delivery area and contact the carrier first. Then email support@connectstreetwear.com with your order number and tracking details. Keep all packaging for a damaged shipment. We will review the available information and assist with a carrier claim where appropriate.

Claims are subject to carrier timelines and investigation. Connect Streetwear may require a signed statement or supporting documentation. Remedies remain subject to applicable law and the outcome of the investigation.
