Returns & Exchanges

Connect Streetwear does not issue cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method. Eligible merchandise may be exchanged or returned for Connect Streetwear store credit under the terms below.

Return window

Start your return or exchange request within 14 calendar days after delivery. Requests received after the return window may be declined. A return is not approved until Connect Streetwear confirms the request and provides instructions.

Eligible merchandise

To qualify, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, accessories, and authenticity materials attached or included. We may decline items that show wear, odor, damage, alteration, missing components, or other signs that they are no longer resalable.

Items marked final sale, gift cards, and items identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by law.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to inventory availability when the returned item is received and approved. We cannot reserve a replacement while a return is in transit. If the requested replacement is unavailable, Connect Streetwear will issue store credit for the eligible merchandise value.

If the replacement costs more, you must pay the difference before it ships. If it costs less, the remaining eligible value will be issued as store credit.

Store-credit returns

Approved returns are issued as Connect Streetwear store credit only. Store credit is based on the price actually paid for eligible merchandise after discounts. Original shipping charges, expedited shipping charges, duties, taxes that cannot be recovered, and return-shipping costs are not included unless required by law or the return resulted from a Connect Streetwear error.
