Accessibility
Connect Streetwear accessibility commitment, assistance options, and feedback process.
Last updated: August 13, 2026
Connect Streetwear is committed to providing a storefront that people with disabilities can use with dignity, independence, and substantially equivalent access to products, information, and services.
Our approach
Accessibility is ongoing work. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a guide when designing, building, reviewing, and improving the storefront. We do not claim that every page or third-party experience is fully conformant at all times.
Our accessibility work includes attention to:
- Keyboard navigation and visible focus states.
- Semantic headings, landmarks, form labels, and status messages.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and controls.
- Color contrast, text resizing, zoom, and responsive layouts.
- Captions or text alternatives for time-based media when provided.
- Clear error messages and instructions for forms and checkout.
- Testing with automated tools, keyboard-only use, and assistive-technology workflows where practical.
Assistance
If any part of Connect Streetwear prevents you from finding information, selecting merchandise, using your account, or completing a purchase, email support@connectstreetwear.com. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information or service through an accessible alternative while we investigate the barrier.
When contacting us, include the page address, a short description of the issue, the action you were trying to complete, and—if you are comfortable sharing it—the browser, device, and assistive technology used. Do not send passwords or full payment-card information.
